By now I'm sure you all have heard or read about the Apple event that took place yesterday, if not here is our quick recap of the things you should know about from the event.

Apple and Nintendo have gotten together to announce Mario for the Apple line, Super Mario Run. It'll run you a one-time fee that will be disclosed later. (See what I did there?) Look for it in December! 

Apple Watch Series 2: New watch OS 3, Instant launch, New dock, Watch faces, Messaging. Quick reply, custom replies with literal scribbling, an app called breathe for deep breathing exercises, SOS to contact emergency services. And a new really white material that they are calling "Ceramic"

The Apple watch is water resistant up to 50 meters, the speaker takes in water, but can also eject it right back out. The 2nd Gen will have a dual core processor and GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) better than last gen of course. The display is far brighter than the last, according to Apple it's the brightest display they've shipped. Built in GPS as well, WOO!. The new series of watches will come in Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Ceramic Casings. Apple will also team up with Hermes again to provide consumers a high end strap option. 

At a $269 price tag, I personally feel as if they stepped up their watch game, but I may just be blinded by Pokemon. 

iPhone 7: First apple accidentally leaked the iPhone in a tweet then came the goodness. It’s looking to have the look of the iPhone 6/6S but of course with slight deviations. 

Apple is introducing two new colors for the iPhone 7 and 7 plus. Along with their other popular colors Rose  Gold, Gold, Silver and the new Black with matte finish and a high-gloss jet black. 

The home button is now force sensitive, solid state, calling it taptic engine and it’s even customizable to the point that it has app feedback support. 

Water and dust resistant enclosure, so they’re finally getting real serious here the mobile phone world is getting more prominent. For the weirdos that shower with their phones, it's not so weird anymore I guess? 

Other features of Apples new phone include Retina HD display on deck, 3D touch, brighter display, and of course apple calling it the best of the best and it is looking mighty fine. Stereo quality speakers, on the bottom as usual and now the receiver doubles as another speaker, increased dynamic range and it’s going to be so much better for those Netflix watchers that use their phones. 

Lightning earpods announced got to soften the blow of that headphone jack going MIA, but they come right in the box along the adapter for us aux users. A10 fusion? Fancy name there apple. 64 bit, four core processor, two high performance cores, that run faster than the 6s by themselves, and two high efficiency cores to add that run at 1/5^th of the power of the high performance.

Apple airpods? Wireless? Do tell. You can use with Siri with just a tap. You can also connect to both iPhone and Apple Watch, as well as the whole Apple family for that matter. The W1 is Apples first wireless chip. Antennas, accelerometers, and microphones OH MY! 

A new lineup of beats headphones were announced, that will also use the W1 chip. The new Airpods will be retailing at $159, a steep price but I’m definitely interested.

The 7 Plus will sport two 12MP cameras! A wide angle and telephoto lens. Optical zoom at 2x and digital zoom up to 10x. Meaning you can take your zoom game all the way up to 10x without loosing the quality of the image, the zoom feature is looking completely amazing. I might be fan girling a bit but the detail and focus is simply amazing. 

Apple is making BOLD claims of having the best smartphone camera on the market. Those are fighting words from Apple and they’re backing it up pretty good. 

 They're also stepping their app game up, by literally stepping the games up. Mobile gamers will be excited for the beautiful frame rate and rendering. Moving on to... 256 GB ARE HERE! I apologize for that outburst, just got a little too excited. We don't need it but we'll take it anyways. I can now have a load of movies shoved onto my phone for no good reason besides the fact that I can. 

Pre-order  starts this Friday September 9th, and the official release will be on September 16^th, iOS 10 will be released September 13 and then apple brought on Sia! And then I turned the stream off.
